A: We offer 30 days of free returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Dresses must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags attached.

Q: Do I need to pay for return shipping?
A: No — all approved returns and exchanges come with a free downloadable return label.

Q: Can I exchange a product?
A: Yes. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days for a different size, colour, or product. Replacements ship at no extra cost once we receive your return.

Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving and approving your return. Refunds are always processed back to your original payment method in GBP (£).

Q: Are there items I cannot return?
A: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of underwear or items removed from sealed packaging. Personalised, customised, or made-to-order dresses are also non-returnable unless faulty.
